Dhiren Gajera
Founder and CEO, Healthcare IT Solutions, LTD
Dhiren lives in Mauritius and founded Healthcare IT Solutions, LTD to bring dependable healthcare integration, imaging systems support and project delivery to hospitals, clinics and imaging centres in Mauritius and across Africa.
He studied computer science in Zambia and holds certifications spanning project and risk management, cloud architecture, agile delivery, health informatics and healthcare interoperability.

Based locally, so we can be on site in your hospital or clinic when an interface needs hands-on attention, and work remotely the rest of the time.
Mauritius time (UTC+4) overlaps comfortably with East and Southern Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Across Africa
Remote-first delivery over secure VPN connections, with on-site visits arranged where a project calls for them. We design for the realities of multi-site networks and variable bandwidth.
Patient data is handled under your policies and in line with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. We prefer de-identified samples for testing.
Interoperability standards and connectivity we work with: HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, MLLP/TCP, HTTP and REST, SFTP and file exchange, database connectors, and JSON, XML and CSV message formats.

Il a étudié l’informatique en Zambie et détient des certifications couvrant la gestion de projet et des risques, l’architecture cloud, la livraison agile, l’informatique de santé et l’interopérabilité des systèmes de santé.
